Dual boot xp and win7 ? need guidance?

I got replaced my motherboard tday n have previously installed xp and win7. Now i have to reinstall it back. So need assistance on how shud I install them and dual booting. And I rarely used xp earlier so had all my data in the win7 drive so can I install xp first and then recover the win7 data and then install win7, Is it possible? Please mention how to do this procedure. Also a video link will be helpful. Thanku
