Issues with MP3 Rocket and songs?

whenever i download a song in mp3 rocket as soon as it finishes downloading the size of the song goes to zero and it wont play. I've tried reinstalling it, I've reset my computer, I've turned off my firewall, I've updated java. Nada. help??
