PLEASE HELLP ME WITH MY SOUND!!!! :)?

Hi so my sound wont play. Ive tried EVERYTHING. It plays the beep and stuff but not legit sound. It says that i have a sound device Realtek but nothing is working! Ive disabled and renabled it too., I know its not the speakers. Do you think it could help to uninstall and reinstall it or is that bad to do?? I dont know can anybody help me please?!?!?! Thank you!!!!
