My programs won't open! This is very frustrating, please help!?

This has to be the third question I've asked today about the same topic. Basically, many of my computers program won't open. They'll just load after I click them and all of a sudden just stop. This is very frustrating! The program only appears for a quick second in the task manager than dissapears. I've tried deleting the programs and reinstalling them, but that doesn't work either. I've even tried to do a system restore to a point before I've experienced these problems and that doesn't work either! Is there anyone who can help and tell me what exactly do I need to do? I am not very good at computers either so could you explain things as well? And also what might be causing these problems? Please give thorough answers! Thank you very very much!
