Sims 3 High End Loft Stuff Wont Uninstall?

I'm trying to reinstall it, but I cant uninstall it no matter what I do. For example I uninstall it from the control panel it says it worked, but it's still there. I run the installer it asks me if I want to uninstall it, I click yes, and it says the same thing, but its still there.
