Garena error : " connect to server failed " . please help?

I've been playing garena normally and then suddenly one day when i tried to log in it gave me this error " connect to server failed " and since then i could never log in on this pc , i tried another pc and a laptop connected to the same internet and they both worked , i tried reseting the internet it still didnt work , i reinstalled garena and still same error , restarted computer and it didnt work , searched on the internet and couldnt find anything , waited 3 days and yet its not working on this specific pc , i tried changing servers and it still didnt work , please can someone help ?
