MACBOOK HELP NO SYSTEM PREFERENCES OR PHOTOBOOTH!?

I deleted system preferences! i know it sounds stupid but i dont have the app anymore it doesnt open at all! i dont have the disk to reinstall my mac. what do i do?!?! oh and i have the same problem with photobooth too!
